Md. Nurun Newaz Salim, Chairman of NCC Bank Limited, presiding over its 8th Extra-ordinary General Meeting (EGM) at a convention hall in the city on Sunday. The EGM decided to enhance its authorized capital from Tk. 1000 crore to Tk. 2000 crore. Mosleh Uddin Ahmed, Managing Director, Sohela Hossain, Vice-Chairman, SM Abu Mohsin, EC Chairman, Md. Amirul Islam, Audit Committee Chairman and Md. Monirul Alam, Company Secretary and a large number of Shareholders were also present.
