Md Abdul Mubeen, Chairman of United Power Generation and Distribution Company Ltd, presided over the 9th AGM on Saturday at Army Golf Club in the city. Hasan Mahmood Raja, Ahmed Ismail Hossain, Khandaker Moinul Ahsan Shamim, Faridur Rahman Khan, Abul Kalam Azad, Moinuddin Hasan Rashid and Lt. Gen. Sina Ibn Jamali (Retd), Board of Directors member of the company were present among others. The AGM approves 125 percent cash dividend for the year 2016 for its share holders.
