Mayor Md. Ikramul Haque Titu has inaugurated various developmental works of Ward 33 of Mymensingh City Corporation. Boundary wall construction work of Raghu Rampur Purbo Para Mozaffar Member’s house cemetery and construction work of Raghu Rampur Tarpara cemetery connecting road by RCC, were implemented by Mymensingh City Corporation’s Engineering Department on Wednesday afternoon.
Construction work of Raghu rampur Tarpara graveyard connecting road by RCC, construction work of Jahaugara Sadir Fakir Bari road by RCC and construction work of Raghu rampur Thakur para road by RCC. Ward 33 Councilor Md. Shahjahan, 31.32 and 33 Reserved Ward Councilor Farzana Bobby Kazli, City Corporation Public Relations Officer Sheikh Mahabubul Hossain Rajib, Metropolitan Krishak League President AB Siddique, former Principal Dr. Politicians including Sirajul Islam, notable personalities of the area. At the end of the inauguration, he inspected the development work and various roads. During the inauguration, Mayor Md. Ikramul Haque Titu said that roads, drains, drainage, clean water and sanitation and lighting will be constructed in these areas in phases.
The mayor added that the pace of work has slowed down due to the outbreak of the corona virus just months after the city mayor took office. Therefore, development work will be done in the expanded areas of the city corporation in the near future.
