Mymensingh City Corporation (MCC) Mayor Md Ekramul Haque Titu inaugurated a photo exhibition marking the occasion of 40th Homecoming Day of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina at the city’s Town Hall Corridor on Monday.
Inaugurating the week-long event, the mayor said, the foundation of a prosperous Bangladesh was laid on the return of Bangabandhu’s daughter Awami League President Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina.
Under the leadership of Sheikh Hasina, we have been able to move from a least developed country to a developing country. Bangladesh’s achievement in various international indicators is an enviable achievement today. Only under the leadership of Bangabandhu’s daughter is it possible for Bangladesh to realize its dream of a developed country.
He also said that Sheikh Hasina is a successful statesman as well as a successful party leader.
He is one of the best leaders in the world, a personality to be followed.
Mymensingh District Awami League General Secretary Md. Moazzem Hossain Babul, Metropolitan Awami League President EhteshamulAlam, Mymensingh City Corporation Councilors, leaders of various organs and affiliated organizations of Awami League and journalists of print and electronic media were present on the occasion.
