Md Mazakat Harun and Farida Razzak have been re-elected Chairman and Vice Chairperson of Express Insurance Limited, says a press release.
The 178th board meeting of the company has re-elected the new chairman and vice chairperson through an election held at the company’s head office in Dhaka on Saturday.
Earlier, Mazakat Harun was the vice-chairman of the company for two years. He is also Chairman and Managing Director of Chemitan Limited, MAB Spinning and MAB Denim Limited. He is a former director and sponsor shareholder of Exim Bank Ltd.
