Dr. Mujibul Hoque elected as President with 2119 votes and Dr. Faisal Iqbal chowdhury elected as General secretary with 2268 votes, election commissioner Dr. Alauddin Majumber said.
The panel of Nasir-Minhaj was defeated by a big margin . the other members of the new committee so declared victory are – Vice President Dr . Manowarul Hoque, Dr. Selim Akhter Chowdhury, Treasurer Dr. Ariful Amin, General Secretary Dr. Md. Faisal Iqbal chowdhury, joint Secretary Dr. Md. Rabiul Karim, Organizing Secretary Dr. SM Moizul Abkbar, Sccience Affairs Secretary Dr. Noor Hossain Shahin, Office Secretary Dr. Abul Hossain, Publicity Secretary Dr. Pranoy Kumar Dutta, Social Welfare Secretary Dr. Md. Abul Kashem, cultural secretary Dr. Saityajit Roy and library secretary Dr. Nooruddin Ahmed.
