Pierre Mayaudon has been appointed head of the European Union Delegation to Bangladesh. Catherine Ashton, High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy/Vice President of the Commission on Friday announced Pierre Mayaudon’s appointment.
Serving deputy head of the EU Delegation to Pakistan, Mayaudon has an extensive diplomatic and defence background in the French administration, including as Deputy Director within the Ministry of Defence and diplomatic postings in Singapore and as Ambassador to Vanuatu.
