Matlub-led Unnayan Parishad panel won 25 posts of directors out of 32 as the election board chairman Ali Ashraf announced results of the Fedaration of Bangladesh Chamber of Commerce abd Industry (FBCCI) early hours on Sunday. The biennial election of the apex trade body was held on Saturday.
Unnayan Parishad bagged 12 posts out of 16 from the chamber group and 13 posts out of 16 from
the association group to lead the country’s business community for the term 2015-17.
The incumbent vice president Monowara Hakim Ali-led panel Swadhinata Business Forum got four directors from the chamber group and Syed Moazzam Hossain-led Baboshayee Oikkya Parishad bagged three director posts in the association group.
