The Chairman of Matarbari Union Parishad Master Mohammad Ullah has earned popularity among the locals by serving the people and implementation of development works .
The leaders and activists in the rural areas have even seen like Mohammed Ullah as chairman of the Matarbari Union Parishad. He is always aware of the masses . He sees everyone equally.
Recently, a group of journalists visited entire union from Ward No. 8 to Ward No. 8. They found his reputation and popularity. People said, roads and culverts have been built and new power connections were given in the area.
If the poor and downtrodden girls cannot get married, he arranged marriage for them without dowry . Extortionist, terrorist activities , theft and robberies have been decreased . Locals said , those who previously served in the area used to carry out terrorist forces, but at present, the Chairman of Mohammed Ullah is not a terrorist believer, but he has suppressed the terrorists with strong hands. He did not abuse anyone, he was a well-educated man, he established justice. People think that if Master Mohammed Ullah is re-elected as chairman, there will be more development and people’s luck in the area, as there is no corruption in him. What he pays for the benefit of the country and the people.
Faridul Alam of Fuljan Mura area of Ward No 8 said , the current chairman has done much development work than the previous chairman, during the previous chairman’s office all the bricks have been taken away. Nurul Islam, Amir Hossain and Ruhul of Ward No 4 said the current chairman had worked in the area. Anwar Hossain, Mokhtar Ahmed, Ruhul Amin and Abdul Monaf of Ward No 4 said the current chairman had stolen, robbed and terrorized the locals, it would have been better to work with the locals at the coal power plant. Mohammad Belal Hossain of Ward No 4 said , both the chairmen did good for the area.
Sarwar Kamal of Fuljam Mora area, Enam, in the middle of the ward in the middle of ward no 8 ward, said that during the current chairmanship, the main development work including road ghat has been more. Nurul Islam, in the Dail Para area in the middle of ward no 8, said that during the current chairmanship, we got roads, ghats, culverts and electricity.
Bashir Ahmed of Miyazir Para area of Ward No 4 said , current chairman has done more work on the road.
Akhtar Farooq of Miyazi Para area of Ward No 8 said that the road work was going on very fast but the children of Matarbari would benefit more if the boys from the coal power station could work with the girls.
When contacted, Master Mohammad Ullah said, “I will dissolve the wealth in my body for the happiness of the people, to have a single drop of blood and to give up my last breath.”
