Masum Reza with his written first novel has presented in ongoing Amar Ekushey Book Fair. As a popular and exceptional writer, Masum Reza is familiar to all in theatre, television and film arenas. This noted writer has already received his recognition as a writer through getting Bangla Academy Award in 2015. After getting the award he got inspiration for continuing writing.
From Bhashachitra for the first time his written first novel titled ‘Tumul Premey Chhotobhai’ has been published.
While talking in this regard he said, “On February 20, the book is available in the fair. I am really impressed after getting positive response from the readers at the end time of the book fair. It is really a great achievement for any writer after receiving responses from the readers.”
Meanwhile, from now Masum Reza will try to stay in Dhaka. His scripted two serials are now telecasting. One is SA Haque Alik’s ‘Ayna Ghor’ and another is Rajibul Islam Rajib’s ‘Chhonnochhara.’
Masum Reza was born in Kushtia. After completing master degree in Applied Physics and Electronics from Rajshahi University he willingly preferred writing plays and literature. In Kushtia, ‘Bodhon Theatre,’ during his student life ‘Anushilon Theatre’ and in Dhaka, ‘Desh Natok’ are his own groups. He always prefers to work with contemporary political issues in his writings.
