Toriqul Islam Masum of Channel I emerged top in the men’s section mini marathon in the Prime Bank-DRU Annual Sports Festival held on Thursday at Bangabandhu National Stadium.
Asadur Rahman of Amader Shomoy and Rahman Aziz of Dainik Bartaman finished second and third place respectively in the same event.
Besides, Shahnaz Parvin of Nagorik TV emerged first in the women’s section mini marathon while Naznin Akter of Mohona TV and Sajida Islam of Samakal finished second and third position respectively.
On the other hand, Kamal Hossain Talukder of BD News24.com stood top in the shot-put event.
