Mohammad Masum Iqbal, son of Idris Saudagar of Gazipur village of Faridganj Upazila under Chandpur District has been conferred Ph.D degree from Dhaka University on “Customer Relationship Management in Financial Services: A study on Some Selected Private Commercial Banks in Bangladesh”.
As per the approval of the proceedings of the syndicate meeting of University of Dhaka held on April 30, 2018, Masum Iqbal was conferred Ph.D Degree under Banking and Insurance Department of Faculty of Business Studies of University of Dhaka.
He completed his graduation in Marketing from Rajshahi University in 1996 and MBA from the same university in 2001. Now Dr. Mohammad Masum Iqbal is working at Daffodil International University as Associate Professor and Associate Dean of the Faculty of Business & Economics.
