The 22nd Rainbow Film Festival was held in London from July 5 to 11. The Mayor of Tower Hamlets John Biggs inaugurated the event. 30 films from 14 countries around the world were screened over the course of the festival in three different venues. The award giving ceremony was held at the Rich Mix Cinema in East London. The playwright, musician and filmmaker, Masud Hasan Ujjal won the Best Director award for his debut feature Unoponchash Batash at the festival. -Entertainment Desk
