Minister for Housing and Works Engr. Mosharaf Hossain MP said a long- term master plan for Chittagong within a couple of weeks.
This master plan will include industrial parks, amusement park and cultural centres which will turn the city into a modern eye-catching city. This was disclosed by the minister while addressing the inaugural session of Ekhusey Boi Mela at DC Hill in city on Friday as chief guest.
He said DC Hill complex recently turned a rejoicing centre of the cultural events . Co-chairman of Ekhushey Mela Prof. Dr.Gazi Salahuddin presided over the inaugural session of 22nd Boil Mela . Deputy commissioner of Chittagong MA Mannan was the main speaker on the occasion. General secretary of Ekhushey Mela Parishad and General Secretary of South district AL Mofizur Rahman delivered the address of welcome in it. Joint secretary of North District AL Yonus Gani chowdhury, Magistrate Golam Mostafa, Haji Shahabuddin, Prof. Masum Chowdhury attended the function as special guests.
