Jatiya Oikyafront’s convener Dr Kamal Hossain on Tuesday said that the scheduled mass hearing on irregularities of 11th Parliamentary Election will be held at Supreme Court Bar Council Auditorium on February 22.
After a meeting, Oikyafront’s Steering Committee on Tuesday afternoon Dr Kamal told it in a press briefing.
Hearing will start at 10:00 am and continue till 5:00 pm, he said.
Earlier, the Oikyafront declared to disclose report of vote rigging and massive irregularities in election held on December 30.
First mass hearing was scheduled on February 24. But it has rescheduled to February 22 as there is no hall room is available in the capital.
Oikyafront blamed that law enforcers booked almost hall rooms of February 24 and asked residential hotel owners of Dhaka not to board anyone.
In the meeting Jatiya Samajtantrik Dal (JSD) President ASM Abdur Rab, BNP Standing Committee Member Dr Abdul Moin Khan, Founder of Gonoshasthaya Kendra Dr Zafrullah Chowdhury, Gonoforum Secretary General Mostafa Mohsin Montu, Gonoforum Executive President Shubrata Chowdhury and Jaglul Hayder Afrik, among others, were present.
