District administration will launch market monitoring on the eve of forthcoming holy Ramazan begins in city from today .
The monitoring activities will be conducted in five zones of the city led by five executive magistrates. In this connection , a meeting of the district administration was held at the conference hall of District administration with Deputy Commissioner Mesbahuddin in the chair.
Sources said the the unscrupulous traders in the retail and wholesale market increase the commodity prices with the advantages of Holy Ramzan and the district administration will cautiously monitor the market prices to control the market price during Ramzan month.
The monitoring teams asked the retail seller to exhibit the prices of the commodities in front of respective shops otherwise punishable actions will be taken , sources said.
