Dhaka Mariner Youngs Club bagged 39 points from 14 matches, while Dhaka Mohammedan Sporting Club collected 36 points from as many matches.
Dhaka Abahani Limited, the other title aspirants team gained 39 points from 15 matches.
Dhaka Mariner Youngs Club need just a draw to clinch the title of the Premier Division Hockey League. On the other hand, if Mohammedan Sporting Club win the today’s match, Dhaka Mariner Youngs Club, Dhaka Mohammedan Sporting Club Limited and Dhaka Abahani Limited earned same points after ending the Green Delta Insurance Premier Division Hockey League. In that case, the members of the League Committee of the Green Delta Insurance Premier Division Hockey League will discuss and the title of the league will be decided, according to the by-laws.
