Directors Suraiya Begum, Abdur Rahim Choudhury, Md Abdul Wadud, Mostafizur Rahman, Md Rafiqul Islam, Kashem Humayun, Managing Director Dhiraj Malakar and Company Secretary Salim Ahmed, among others, were present. Shareholders approved 20 percent cash dividend in the meeting.
