Police recovered beheaded body of an unidentified man from Gopalpur Rail Gate area in Sadar upazila of Jessore district on Wednesday morning. The body of the deceased, aged around 50, could not be immediately identified.
In-charge of Jessore Railway Police camp sub-inspector Maniruzzaman Mani said local people spotted the body lying in the area and informed police in the morning. The beheaded body was sent to Jessore 250-Bed General Hospital morgue for an autopsy. A case was filed.
