Manoj Bajpayee, who plays a traffic constable in his upcoming thriller Traffic, says that terming all traffic officials as bribe-seekers is an irresponsible act, since it is the common man who offers bribes to them. “It is easy to say that traffic officials take money (bribe), but it is the common man who offers bribe to the traffic police. From your experiences you also know that no one allows their license to get confiscated.”
