UNB, Dhaka :Ganajagaran Mancha on Sunday called a half-day nationwide hartal for Tuesday protesting the killing of Faisal Arefin Dipan, a publisher of slain writer and blogger Avijit Roy’s books, and the attacks on another publisher and bloggers.Ganajagaran Mancha spokesperson Imran H Sarkar announced the shutdown from a rally at Shahbagh intersection in the afternoon demanding arrest and exemplary punishment of the killers and attackers.He said, they will announce tougher programmes if the government fails to arrest the criminals within 24 hours.The platform also will observe a mourning day on Monday across the country.They will also bring out a torch procession from Shahbagh on Monday evening in support of Tuesday’s hartal.
