A Tribunal of Kishoreganj has sentence death penalty to a man for mother and wife a double murder case in Pakundia of Kishoreganj.
Additional District & Session Judge AGM Al-Masud passed the verdic on Thursday noon with Taka 5 thousand for the convition default six more months of jail term.
The death now convict is identified as Md. Sabed Ali (55), son of Late Muslim Miah at Egarasendur of Pakundia upazila.
The case was conducted by Assistant Public Prosecutor Jaggashor Roy Chowdhury on behalf of the state and Advocate A.B.M Lutfur Rashid Rana for state defence accused.
