A man was stabbed to death allegedly by his younger brother over family feud at Gopalpur village in Gobindaganj here early Sunday.
The deceased was identified as Ismail Hossain, son of Amzad Hossain of the area.
Officer-in-charge of Gobindaganj police staion Mehedi Hasan said Ismail’s younger brother Israil Hossain stabbed him with a sharp weapon and fled the scene around 12 am.
Locals took Ismail to Bagura Shaheed Ziaur Rahman Medical College Hospital where doctor declared him dead.
The OC said police are trying to arrest Israil and process of filing a case is underway.
