A man was killed and 15 were injured in a clash between two rival groups at Hashimpur (Katkhal) area in Mithamoin upazila of Kishoreganj over supremacy and previous enmity on Saturday morning.
The victim was identified as Md Deen Islam (50) son of Md. Mofiz at Katkhal area in Mitamoin upazila.
Additional SP (Promoted S.P) Nazmul Islam said that, on information police rushed to the spot and deadbody recovered. Others injured men were admitted to Mitamoin Health Complex and Zahurul Islam Medical College Hospital. The body was sent to morgue for autopsy.
