A man was killed allegedly by brother at Tikapara village in Rajnagor Upazila of Moulvibazar on Saturday morning.
The deceased was identified as Foijul Haq, 45, older brother of Saiful Haq, 35, resident at Tikapara village in Rajnagor Upazila of Moulvibazar district.
Police said victim’s brother Saiful Haq was trying to sale cow. In this time Foijul Haq pave Saiful Haq. Then locked with each other. In this time Saiful Haq hit his older brother head with weapon.
Serious injured Foijul Haq died on the spot with bleeding. Then police recovered the dead body and sent to Moulvibazar sadar Hospital.
Police said, brother killed the older took place due to family feud.
When contacted, Md. Abdul Based, officer-in-charge of Rajnagor Police Station confirmed the matter to The New Nation. Local caught the killer from the spot and handover him, he added.
