Police recovered the body of an unidentified old man from in front of Shahidullah Hall of Dhaka University (DU) on Wednesday morning.
Students of the hall spotted the body of the old man, aged around 60-70, lying on a road in the area around 8:00am and informed police, said DU Proctor Amzad Ali.
Later, Shahbagh thana police recovered the body and sent it to charitable welfare organisation Anjuman-e-Mafidul Islam for burial. The man might have died due to old age complications, added Amzad Ali.
