UNB, Dhaka :
A man died falling off a moving train at Joarsahara in Khilkhet in the city on Thursday.
The deceased was identified as Wahid Mollah, 50, son of Manik Mollah of Nisa Enayetpur village of Pangsha upazila in Rajbari district.
Police said, Wahid sustained serious injuries falling off the Dhaka-bound train from Gazipur in the area at around 12:30 pm.
Later, he was rushed to Dhaka Medical College Hospital where he died around 1:20pm.
Babul Hossain, assistant-sub-inspector of Khilkhet police station confirmed the incident.
