A man died after falling from a tree at Miapara in Shibganj upazila on Thursday.
The deceased was identified as Rana, 22, son of Manirul Islam of Puratan Karbala village in the upazila.
Local people said Rana suddenly fell off from the tree while plucking coconut around 8.00am, leaving him dead on the spot.
