A man died as he fell down when he tried to jump between a tree and a rooftop during a “burglary” at North Burishchar in Hathazari upazila of Chittagong on early Tuesday, police said.
The unidentified man jumped from the tree onto the roof of the two-storied building of one Nurul Afsar but fell on the ground, suspected Assistant Sub-Inspector Md Nurullah of Madunaghat Police Investigation Camp.
On information, police took him to Chittagong Medical College Hospital where the doctor declared him dead around 4:00am.
