A man, who was injured after falling from the rooftop of his house at Fatepur village in Sadar upazila of Jessore district on Saturday morning, died at Jessore Medical College Hospital early Monday.
The deceased was identified as Nazrul Islam, 50, son of Abdur Rahman, a resident of the village.
Family members of the deceased said the accident took place in the area when Nazrul fell off from the rooftop of his one-storey building on Saturday morning.
Later, Nazrul was admitted to Jessore Medical College Hospital where he succumbed to his injures early in the morning.
