Police arrested a man with 1,000 yaba pills in Chittagong city’s Kotwali area on Monday.
The arrestee — Imtiaz Uddin, 24 — was carrying the contraband drug to Dhaka from Cox’s Bazar, said Mohammad Mohsin, officer-in-charge of Kotwali Police Station.
Imtiaz, a carpenter by profession, in from Teknaf, said the OC.
