Sondhya and Bakkar are known to each other. Due to parents’ only son Bakkar is a vagabond who is residing in Old Dhaka. Bakkar wants to take part in BCS examinations which creates discussion in the locals of his area. His father always keeps two assistants with Bakkar to ensure his comfort. Bakkar creates circus in the area in the name of his study.
On the other hand, Sondhya is a beautiful lady. Bakkar loves her so much. Sondhya will also take part in BCS examinations for the first time. She is a good student and also talented. Her preparation is good in this regard. She is polite but protest against any irregularity. But this time it is last chance for Bakkar to pass in the BCS examinations because he has no age. So, he will have to pass in the exam. Sondhya’s father gives her a condition that he will not give his daughter to BCS cadre groom. Zakia Bari Mamo acted in role of Sondhya while Chanchal played the role of Bakkar in the drama directed by Sokal Ahmed. Poet and playwright Mizanur Rahman Belal wrote story of the drama. Sharif Khan Dilu, Shikha Khan Mou, Mahbub Alam Rashid Khan, among others, also acted in other roles in the drama.
