Inspector General of Police (IGP) Dr Mohammad Javed Patwary has instructed the police personnel to turn own workplace into a center of people’s service.
The IGP on Sunday gave the instruction as a chief guest of the 36th Cadet Sub-Inspector (SI)-2018 training closing parade program at Bangladesh Police Academy in Sardah of Rajshahi on Sunday .
The IGP also said that Police will have to come forward to ensure rule of law. To complete proper investigation of case, to bring perpetrators under trial, to protect victims and witnesses and the responsibility of assignment must

be done properly, he said. Javed Patwary urged new police members to start their career being ready for highest sacrifice for the nation.
He also asked the members to be serious to investigate any incident in sake of the service to the nation.
Earlier, he visited parade and took salute to newly trained SIs. After the inspection of the parade, IGP distributed prizes among five personnel who achieved excellence in various subjects.
