Police Bureau of Investigation (PBI) of Bogra arrested a fugitive, notorious killer, the main accused of polytechnic student Biplob murder case after eight months of the murder on Wednesday by using sophisticated technologies.
The arrestees is Shakhil Khandakar allies Golam Rosul allies Niloy allies Rony allies Shakhi, 30, son of Bakibullah Khandakar of village Cilimpur Southpara (Munsipara) under Bogra shadar police station.
Police produced the criminal in front of the local journalists at the conference room on Thursday morning.
Additional Police Super and In -Charge of Bogra PBI Md. Akter Hossain said a team of killer hacked to kill of a polytechnic student Biplob on 31st night on December 2014 and they snatched the victim’s FZ motorbike. A case was lodged with shadar police station in this connection on January 01, 2015. Police arrested three chorts of the killer shakil. The arrestees confessed that Shakil was the main planner of the kill. Since then, police have been trying to arrest of the main accused. Eventually, the court handed over the investigating power of the case to PBI Bogra office. Abdur Rouf, Inspector of PBI office starts the investigation and arrested the amin accused of the murder case.
