Mohammed Mahtabur Rahman (Nasir) has been re-elected as the chairman of the board of directors of NRB Bank Limited, said a press release.
The board of directors re-elected him as the chairman of the bank in its 142nd meeting held on July 21.
After completing his education, he pursued his family-owned business, established in the city of Makkah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the year 1970, the release said.
According to the release, he is currently chairman and managing director of Al Haramain Perfumes Group of Companies. He is founder president of Bangladesh Business Council in Dubai and NRB CIP Association in Bangladesh. He is also the sponsor of Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Bangladesh Islamia (Pvt) School in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
