Mahmudullah Riyad passes ten years in international cricket

Mahmudullah Riyad have passed ten years in international cricket. Riyad made his debut in an ODI against Sri Lanka on 25th July in 2007 at Colombo, the capital city of Sri Lanka. He made his debut memorable scoring 36 runs and bagging two wickets for 28 runs.
Riyad said, ” I was very much excited. Before the match day, I knew that I would play. I think many things in the night. I was in a different fillings.”
After passing 10 years in international cricket, Riyad said to the journalists on Tuesday, ” I am very happy. I have passed ten years in international cricket wearing Bangladesh’s jersey. If I play more five or six years, I hope that I will be satisfied with my career.”
He said, ” I have fulfilled some of my expectations but I have some lacking still. When I started my career Bangladesh took the 10th spot in ODI ranking but now Bangladesh have taken the seventh position.”
He said, ” When I started my career we thought we would be beaten in nine matches out of ten games. But now we play to win in every match. We have expected 10 victories out of ten matches.”
Riyad said, ” All the long innings are my favourites. I hit two centuries in World Cup and one in Champions Trophy. But the century, which I struck in the Test is different for me.”
