Bangladesh batsman Mahmudullah will be out of action for three to four weeks with a fractured finger. Mahmudullah sustained the injury in training on Thursday morning.  
BCB’s senior physician Dr Debashis Chowdhury said, “The results confirmed a fracture on his left index finger which was sustained during fielding practice today morning. Such injuries take around 3 to 4 weeks to heal. He will begin his rehab under the BCB’s medical team in the next couple of days.”
Nasir Hossain has been called up to replace Mahmudullah in the Bangladesh squad for the only Test against India starting at the Khan Shaheb Osman Ali Stadium in Fatullah on 10 June 2015.
Bangladesh ODI captain Masrafe Bin Mortaza sustained lacerations on both hands and parts of the body due to impact from a fall following a road accident.
Mashrafe Bin Mortaza said, “When I saw the bus approaching towards my rickshaw, I jumped out in anticipation. The tyre was broken and I tried to save my legs by diving out of the rickshaw. I am very lucky to have escaped with only some skin damage. My car was taking my child to the doctor for vaccination so I took the rickshaw to the ground. It is a 10-minute ride from my house.”
National team Physio Bayedul Islam Khan said, “He has been given medication and requires dressing on a regular basis. We expect him to recover in 7 to 10 days.”
India National Cricket team will arrived in the city on June 8 to play a lone Test match and three ODI matches against Bangladesh National Cricket team.
India will face Bangladesh in the first ODI match at the Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium in Mirpur on June 18. India will meet Bangladesh in the second ODI match at the same venue on June 21. India will take on Bangladesh in the third ODI match at the same venue on June 24.
