Now-a-days Mahfuz Ahmed most of the engaged himself with producing TV plays rather than acting.
When Eid comes he becomes busy with acting. As a part of its continuation, on the occasion of coming Eid-ul-Fitr he will be seen to work in several Eid plays and telefilms.
From last Friday at Kamalapur Railway Station Mahfuz has been engaged with acting in Eid telefilm Aloukik Prem-er Golpo under the direction of Mahmud Didar. Didar has also written its story. He is playing an exceptional role in the telefilm.
While talking about the telefilm Mahfuz told this correspondent, “Story of the telefilm was nice so that I agreed to work. In a word, it is an outstanding story. Mahmud Didart is cordially trying to finish its shooting properly. I am also giving my level best effort. One thing is necessary to say that in our country, there is still lack of professionalism in case of giving direction. Environment is very important for any actor. It should get more priority. Otherwise the work becomes a psychological burden for the actors.”
