Staff Reporter :Former parliament member and adviser to BNP Chairperson Khandaker Mahbubuddin Ahmed died of old age ailments in city’s United Hospital on Saturday evening. He was 89.A renowned lawyer of the Supreme Court he was elected member of parliament in 2001-2006 Jatiya Sangsad. The first namaj-e- Janaza of Khandker Mahbubuddin will be held at 10-30 AM at the Supreme Court Premises today (Sunday). The second namaj-e- Janaza will be held at 12 PM today in front of the party central office of the BNP. Another namaj-e- Janaza will be held after Zohr prayer at Baitul Mukarram national mosque before burial at Azimpur graveyard, family sources said. BNP chairperson Begum Khaleda Zia has conveyed deep condolence at the death of Khandker Mahbubuddin uddin.
