Rishta Laboni Shimana was a Lux superstar in 2006. She again started her new life on December 13, 2019 after getting married for the second time. She tied the nuptial knot with Maj (retd) Jamayel Imtiaz Saikat. Shimana also gave birth to a baby named Swargo on June 27, 2020. According to Shimana, she has been passing happy life with her husband, first child Shrestho and second child Swargo. Her husband Saikat is now working as General Manager (Mall Operation) of Jamuna Future Park. While talking about her new life Shimana told this correspondent, “Alhamdulillah, I am very happy to get married with Saikat. I have been passing happy times with my husband and two sons. In fact, Saikat honours me for acting. Basically he always told me to return in the field of acting. If the present corona situation improves, within July I will return to acting. As an actor, I always feel to continue acting. Everybody prays for us as we can remain well and we can also establish our sons properly.”
Earlier, on June 4, 2014 Shimana for the first time tied the nuptial knot with popular singer Parvez. After mutual understanding, they issued divorce later. According to Shimana and Parvez, their only son Shrestho is living with his mother. Shimana for the last time acted in drama serial Tirigiri Tokka, directed by late Shahadat Hossain Sujon. After becoming Lux superstar, Shimana first acted in Salauddin Lavlu’s drama College Student. Daruchini Dwip was her only acted released movie.
