The High Court (HC) granted bail to the accused Zakirul in the counterfeit dollar case till the court rule is settled.
Zakirul was released on bail.
But the Jamalpur additional district and sessions judge Jinnah Jahan Jhunu later cancelled the bail order granted by the HC.
Later, the HC sumonned the lower court judge seeking explanation over the issue.
Judge Jinnath Jahan Jhunu sought unconditional apology appearing the HC on Monday.
The HC accepted the issue of unconditional apology and directed the lower court judge to be vigilant in the future.
A HC bench of Justice Zakir Hossain and Justice Ahmed Sohail passed the order.
