Chattogram Bureau :
A lorry driver was shot dead in Sitakunda upazila of Chattogram on Wednesday noon. The deceased was identified as Md Shahjahan Saju, 48, a lorry driver of M/S Didarul Alam and Brothers, owned by Sitakunda MP Didarul Alam.
He was a resident of Senbag upazila of Noakhali. The victim’s relatives said, Saju was shot by the company foreman Masud Parvez over a trifling matter, leaving him critically injured. He was rushed to Chittagong Medical College Hospital (CMCH) where he died around 6pm. CMCH police outpost nayek Md Hamid confirmed the matter.
