A Livestock Demonstration Fair was held in Baraigram upazila of Natore district on Saturday. Livestock Department and farmers set up 34 stalls showing their different high yielding species of domestic animals and birds. Watching the stalls the chief guest Prof Abdul Kuddus MP expressed pleasure.
On the occasion, a function was arranged at Livestock office campus. The function was presided over by Upazila Nirbahi Officer Md Zahangir Alam. Former State Minister Prof Abdul Kuddus MP was present as a chief guest and Upazila Chairman Dr Siddikur Rahman Patwari, Bonpara Pouro Mayor KM Jakir Hossain, Upazila AL Chairman Abdul Kuddus Miyazi were present as special guests. It was addressed among others by Upazila Livestock Officer Dr Uzzal Kumer Kundu, Imam Abdul Mannan, farmer Muniruzzaman and Tanjira Begum. The meeting was conducted by Upazila Livestock Extension Officer Falguni Haque.
