Light to moderate rain or thunder showers with lightning flashes and temporary gusty or squally wind is likely to occur at most places over Rajshahi, Mymensingh, Dhaka, Khulna, Barishal, Chattogram and Sylhet divisions and at many places over Rangpur division with moderately heavy to very heavy falls at places over Khulna, Barishal and Chattogram divisions, said a Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD) on Tuesday, reports BSS.
However, the day temperature may fall slightly and night temperature may remain nearly unchanged over the country.
Country’s maximum temperature on Monday was recorded 36.1 degrees Celsius at Rajshahi and minimum temperature on Tuesday was 20.5 degrees Celsius at Sylhet.
The highest rainfall in the last 24 hours till 6am on Tuesday was recorded 207 mm at Khepupara in Barishal.
