Light to moderate rain or thundershowers accompanied by temporary gusty wind is likely to occur at many places over Rangpur, Mymensingh, Dhaka, Barisal, Chittagong and Sylhet divisions.
Moreover, moderately heavy to heavy rainfall may occur at a few places over Rajshahi and Khulna divisions, according to a met office release received here on Friday.
Day and night temperature may remain nearly unchanged over the country.
Country’s highest rainfall for the last 24 hours till 6 am on Friday was recorded by 60 millimeters (mm) at Tetulia, the release said. Maximum temperature was recorded by 36.4 degree Celsius at Jessore on Thursday while the minimum one was recorded on Friday by 22.5 degree Celsius at Rangamati.
