Bangladesh Meteorologi-cal Department (BMD) on Friday predicted that light to moderate rain or thundershowers accompanied by temporary gusty wind may occur at different parts of the country in 24 hours as of 9 am today.
“Light to moderate rain or thundershowers accompanied by temporary gusty wind is likely to occur at a few places over Chattogram and Barishal divisions and at one or two places over Rajshahi, Rangpur, Mymensingh, Sylhet, Dhaka and Khulna divisions with moderately heavy falls at places over Barishal and Chattogram divisions,” the met office said in a 24 hours weather forecast commencing at 9 am yesterday.
Day temperature may fall slightly over Khulna, Barishal and Chattogram divisions and it may remain nearly unchanged elsewhere over the country.
Night temperature may remain nearly unchanged over the country, it said.
