Light to moderate rain or thunder showers accompanied by temporary gusty wind is likely to occur at a few places over Rangpur, Mymensingh, Chattogram and Sylhet divisions and at one or two places over Dhaka, Rajshahi, Khulna and Barishal divisions with moderately heavy falls at isolated places over the country.
Day and night temperature may rise slightly over the country, said a Met office weather bulletin on Thursday.
The country’s maximum temperature was recorded 35.7 degree Celsius on Wednesday at Rajshahi and Thursday’s minimum temperature was recorded at 25.0 degree Celsius at Rangamati.
Maximum rainfall for the last twenty-four hours till 6:00am on Thursday was recorded 86 millimetres (mm) at Tetulia.
