Light to moderate rain or thunder showers accompanied by temporary gusty wind is likely to occur at many places over Rangpur and Khulna divisions and at a few places over Rajshahi, Dhaka, Mymensingh, Barisal, Chittagong and Sylhet divisions with moderately heavy falls at places over the country.
According to a met office release, day temperature may rise slightly and night temperature may remain nearly unchanged over the country. The rainfall activity for the next seventy-two hours may increase, it said.
Country’s highest rainfall for last twenty-four hours was recorded by 54 millimeters (mm) at Teknaf followed by 27.4 degree Celsius at Mongla.
