Light to moderate rain or thundershowers accompanied by temporary gusty wind and lightning flashes is likely to occur at few places over Khulna, Barishal, Chattogram, Rangpur, Mymensingh and Sylhet divisions and at one or two places over Rajshahi and Dhaka divisions with moderately heavy falls at places over the country. Day and night temperature may rise slightly over the country, said a met office release here on Friday.
Highest temperature on Thursday was recorded by 35.2 degree Celsius at Sylhet while the lowest one is 24.3 degree Celsius on Friday at Cox’s Bazar. Highest rainfall for the last 24 hours till 6am on Friday morning was recorded by 30 millimeters (mm) at Rangamati.
