Light rain is likely to occur at one or two places over Mymensingh, Sylhet, Dhaka, Khulna, Barisal and Chittagong divisions within 24 hours commencing 9am on Wednesday.
Places of Dhaka have already seen a light drizzle in the afternoon.
The weather may remain mainly dry with partly cloudy sky elsewhere over the country, reports a Bangladesh Meteorological Department bulletin.
The bulletin adds that moderate to thick fog may occur over the country during midnight till morning

Night temperature may rise slightly and day temperature may fall slightly over the country.
Bangladesh’s maximum temperature on Wednesday was recorded at 26.8°C in Teknaf and minimum temperature on Wednesday was recorded at 11.8°C in Tetulia.
